Pranic Healing Group Healing Session Benefits

In 2019, I started my business Loving My Soul LLC. A major part of that business was focused on Energy Medicine (Pranic Healing, Reiki, Transforming Blockages, and etc.). From 2020-2023, there were a lot of twists and turns along the way, and Energy Medicine took a bit of a back seat for awhile. In 2022-2023 when I needed some very deep healing, I turned my focus once again to Energy Medicine, and in November 2023 I decided to make my Loving My Soul LLC and Energy Medicine my full-time focus. With that as the backdrop, I am very excited to share that Loving My Soul LLC now offers Energy Medicine sessions for groups of people in addition to individual sessions.

The benefits of my Pranic Healing group healing sessions are that:

  • I am able to help more people/more people are able to benefit from my healing work
  • Group sessions have the same healing benefit for participants as an individual healing session (if additional tailoring to a particular client is needed, individual sessions are still available)
  • They can be a cost-effective option for someone who needs regular healing sessions 
  • The healing from my group sessions can continue to be received by registered participants for 7 days following the live healing session
  • The sessions are held virtually, and healing virtually/remotely is as (or even more) powerful than in person sessions
  • Registered participants can receive the healing by
    • Attending the live session
    • Watching the recorded session during the 7 days following the live session
    • Remotely - setting the intention to receive the healing during the 7 days following the live session
  • I have subscriptions for group healings, which can be stopped and restarted as needed, to meet different needs of clients (chronic condition, maintenance, high-stress time of the year, etc)

Learning to Self-sooth - Part 2

As I discussed in Learning to Self-sooth – Part 1 , self-soothing is calming and centering ourselves; having tools to help us find our body/mind/heart/spirit connection; and coaching ourselves through whatever is coming our way so that we are then able to make wiser and more confident decisions that will have better outcomes.
