About Loving My Soul LLC

Loving My Soul LLC was founded in 2019 and is owned by Kathryn Palacio, who is always pushing the envelope on her own personal transformation and who is passionate about helping others live their most authentic and vibrant lives. 

About Kathryn Palacio: 

Kathryn is a highly sensitive, highly empathic, highly intuitive person. She's always wanted to understand why the world and humans are the way they are and how to create a more harmonious world. 

She has used energy medicine, meditation, yoga, mindfulness, neuroplasticity, and light language/codes in her own healing journey. Seeing tremendous benefit of these techniques in her own life, and she is pleased to share her gifts with others through the sessions she offers.

Kathryn was introduced to energy medicine as an adolescent while recovering from a car accident. Then in 2015 while working on her own healing journey - dealing with grief, stress, and the desire to change the way that she was responding to certain situations - she signed up for her first Reiki course. After seeing the benefits of Reiki, she proceeded to become a Reiki master, take Pranic Healing courses, complete the 100-hour Energy Medicine Training Program at the Healing Arts Center in St Louis. She continues to review and update her training

Kathryn holds a Master's in Biochemistry. She previously worked in academia, held numerous volunteer roles, and then worked in the life science industry. Kathryn's career is now focused on coaching, energy medicine, and being an entrepreneur.  She is blessed to share what she has learned along her own journey with others.

Learning to Self-sooth - Part 2

As I discussed in Learning to Self-sooth – Part 1 , self-soothing is calming and centering ourselves; having tools to help us find our body/mind/heart/spirit connection; and coaching ourselves through whatever is coming our way so that we are then able to make wiser and more confident decisions that will have better outcomes.
